Shipping, Handling, and Returns

Canadian Orders are shipped Expedited Parcel. USA Orders are shipped Expedited Parcel. International Orders are shipped Surface.

Orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business days and delivery is up to five days within Canada, 15 days for USA, and International is up to 3 months.

Returns

Products returned are subject to a 20% restock fee and must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 10 days of purchase. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless product shipping was our error. Returned orders shipped to an address in Canada that received free shipping will be charged Shipping and Handling costs for the order unless product shipping was our error. Return shipping and handling is customer responsibility.
